Complete Order History |

Existing customers can login to your store and view a complete history of their past orders, including order totals, store messages and shipping details. They can also print additional copies of their invoices from the browser for personal record keeping.

|
Wish lists allow customers to create a list of products which they'd like to purchase at some time in the future. Shop Manager Pro makes it easy for customers to create their own wish lists, and each wish list can store an unlimited number of products.

Active Order Tracking |
If your shipping company provides you with tracking numbers, you can assign them to orders in your store. When a customer logs in to check the status of their order, they will be shown a link which will take him to track the status of his package on the shipping company's website.

Customers can create and manage an unlimited number of shipping and billing addresses from their My Account page. This comes in handy for companies with one account but multiple offices, and also for individuals who might order to both home and work addresses. |

Recently Viewed Products |

| When a shopper looks at a product in your store it's added to theirly recently viewed products list, which they can access from their My Account page or the Recently Viewed Products list that appears in your store. Even if they close their web browser and come back later, their recently viewed products list will still remain. |

Order Messaging * |
Shop Manager Pros unique order messaging system makes it easy for multiple store staff to communicate with customers about their order. When a message is sent to a customer through the order messaging system they can reply from their My Account page. All messages are logged along with their order.
If you have multiple staff members processing orders then you'll know how hard it is for each of them to communicate with the same customer via email. Now both staff and customers are kept in the loop and your staff will never ask a customer the same question twice, which means you look more professional. |

Pricing and Tax Localization |
| Shop Manager Pro includes localization features which allow you to setup your store's language, number, weight and date settings. Right-to-left (RTL) languages such as Arabic are supported, as are all languages that work with the UTF-8 character set including German, French, Japanese, Norwegian, Italian and Spanish. |

Side-by-Side Product Comparison |

| While browsing your store customers can compare multiple products they're interested in using a side-by-side grid. Products in the comparison can be sorted and removed as required, and because the comparison page links are short, they're easy to share with friends or colleagues via instant messenger or email. |

Product Reviews and Ratings |

| Build a sense of community in your online store with product reviews and ratings. Shoppers can post reviews and rate products without creating an account, which encourages more people to participate. You can set reviews to be shown automatically or require approval before they go live in your store. |

Order Status Change Emails |
| When you update the status of an order, Shop Manager Pro can be configured to automatically send an email to the customer letting them know about the change to their order. The customer can then login to their My Account page and see the status of their order, as well as any order messages* you've sent to them. |

Printable Invoices |
| Customers can print copies of their invoices through your store for safe keeping from their My Account page. Your company's name and details appear on the invoice as well as all related taxes and charges for each order. |

Returns Management System * |
If enabled, customers can use your store to generate an RMA request and return items from their order. From the control panel, you can see return requests and also process returns, with the option of providing the customer with store credit.
You can also customize the return reasons and return actions available for selection when the customer submits a return request. Returns can be enabled or disabled by ticking one checkbox in your store's control panel and if you issue a store credit, customers will be notified via email and can purchase additional items using their store credit.

Smart Search Suggest System |
When looking for products, shoppers either browse your store or use its search function. In most e-commerce software the search is slow and inaccurate. That's not the case with Shop Manager Pro - which has a more fully-featured search than Amazon.co.uk.
As well as being lightning fast and extremely accurate, the search:
- Suggests related searches performed by other shoppers
- Checks and suggests corrections for misspelled words
- Results can be subscribed to via RSS
- Lets shoppers filter by price and free shipping
- Does not spell check a word if it's part of a product name
- Includes search tips for power users

Quick Search |
|
As well as the typical search engine interface, Shop Manager Pro includes quick search, which shows products that match a shoppers search keywords as they type. The list appears under the search box in real-time and can be disabled from your store's control panel.

Sell in Multiple Currencies |
|
You can sell your products in as many currencies as you like. From your store's control panel you can set a default currency and then add an unlimited number of other currencies. The currency exchange rates can be entered manually, or they can be fetched in real time from a web-based currency exchange rate provider. To save time, you can also bulk-update the exchange rate of multiple currencies in your store.
The currency for shoppers in your store is based on their location, which is automatically detected. For example, if your default currency is GBP and you also have US dollars setup, then when someone from America visits yours store, the selected currency will automatically be changed to US dollars for them.
