Shop Manager Pros unique order messaging system makes it easy for multiple store staff to communicate with customers about their order. When a message is sent to a customer through the order messaging system they can reply from their My Account page. All messages are logged along with their order.

If you have multiple staff members processing orders then you'll know how hard it is for each of them to communicate with the same customer via email. Now both staff and customers are kept in the loop and your staff will never ask a customer the same question twice, which means you look more professional.

Customers can print copies of their invoices through your store for safe keeping from their My Account page. Your company's name and details appear on the invoice as well as all related taxes and charges for each order.

If enabled, customers can use your store to generate an RMA request and return items from their order. From the control panel, you can see return requests and also process returns, with the option of providing the customer with store credit.

You can also customize the return reasons and return actions available for selection when the customer submits a return request. Returns can be enabled or disabled by ticking one checkbox in your store's control panel and if you issue a store credit, customers will be notified via email and can purchase additional items using their store credit.
   
Smart Search

When looking for products, shoppers either browse your store or use its search function. In most e-commerce software the search is slow and inaccurate. That's not the case with Shop Manager Pro - which has a more fully-featured search than Amazon.co.uk.

As well as being lightning fast and extremely accurate, the search:
  • Suggests related searches performed by other shoppers
  • Checks and suggests corrections for misspelled words
  • Results can be subscribed to via RSS
  • Lets shoppers filter by price and free shipping
  • Does not spell check a word if it's part of a product name

As well as the typical search engine interface, Shop Manager Pro includes quick search, which shows products that match a shoppers search keywords as they type. The list appears under the search box in real-time and can be disabled from your store's control panel.
   
Multiple Currencies
Sell in Multiple Currencies Watch video
You can sell your products in as many currencies as you like. From your store's control panel you can set a default currency and then add an unlimited number of other currencies. The currency exchange rates can be entered manually, or they can be fetched in real time from a web-based currency exchange rate provider. To save time, you can also bulk-update the exchange rate of multiple currencies in your store.

The currency for shoppers in your store is based on their location, which is automatically detected. For example, if your default currency is GBP and you also have US dollars setup, then when someone from America visits yours store, the selected currency will automatically be changed to US dollars for them.
