Product Inventory Control |

Easily manage inventory levels for all products in your store.
Inventory levels are automatically reduced when an order is marked as shipped. They are also increased if you process a refund and the customer sends the goods back to your store or warehouse. The inventory meter shows you tallied inventory levels for each product in your store and actually recommends when it's time to order more stock.
If you're running low on stock, you'll be notified immediately when you login to your store's control panel. You can see which products have low inventory levels and what those inventory levels are. You can also update inventory levels for multiple products in real-time using the AJAX-based inventory tools. |

Browser-Based Order Management |

Right from your store's control panel you have access to all the tools you need to process and ship orders for your customers. The AJAX-based order tools make it easy to process, ship and print invoices for multiple orders without reloading the page. If you've ran an online store before you'll know this feature alone can save you hours each day.
By simply clicking a plus icon next to an order, you can see complete shipping, billing and payment details, as well as the products which have been ordered. Orders are linked back to customers, so you can easily view the customer's past orders with a single click.
Using the unique views system, you can create different orders view for your staff members, depending on their role in your business. There's no other order system that's as staff-friendly.

QuickBooks Export (CSV) |
Shop Manager Pro's export system means it's easy to export your orders, products and customers into any third party accounting software that supports CSV files, such as Intuit QuickBooks or MYOB.
You can export all orders or only those which match your specific search criteria, such as those between certain dates, or those which were shipped to a particular country.

Shop Manager Pro's product variations system allows you to sell flexible products such as t-shirts or computers with options that might have different:
- Product Codes

For example, if you want to sell a t-shirt in different size, color and style combinations you can create a product variation called "T-Shirt Variations". You'd then assign this to your t-shirt product and would be able to specify different options (as listed above) for each variation.

Complete Returns Management |
If enabled, customers can use your store to generate an RMA request and return items from their order. From the control panel you can see return requests and also process returns, with the option of providing the customer with store credit.
You can also customise the return reasons and return actions available for selection when the customer submits a return request. Returns can be enabled or disabled by ticking one checkbox in your store's control panel and if you issue a store credit, customers will be notified via email and can purchase additional items using their store credit. |

When viewing a customer account you can see their order history, account details and also how much store credit they have. Permission-Based Staff Logins |
Shop Manager Prot's permission-based staff login system makes it easy to create and assign different logins with different access levels.
There are four types of staff logins that can be created:
- Sales Staff - Would generally be assigned to staff responsible for the sales and/or marketing of your store.
- Sales Manager - Would generally be assigned to staff who are in control of processing orders that come through your store.
- System Admin - Would be assigned to staff who have full access of the control panel.
- Custom - Assign any combination of permissions to staff
You can also create custom views for each staff member to make it easy for them to perform their job function. |

Staff Action Logging * |
Staff action logging allows you to see which actions your staff are performing on a day-to-day basis. You can see:
- Who logged in and out and when
- Who approved/processed an order
- Who changed store settings
- Who replied to a customer
- and many more actions
You can filter actions by a particular staff member, and each action they took includes additional details along with it, for example if a staff member updates an order you might see Changed status of order #94382 to Completed in the action log.

Shop Manager Pro's built-in backup system allows you to backup your entire store in one click. You can choose what to backup (database, product images, downloadable products), where (locally or remotely via FTP), and when (now or at scheduled intervals).

Custom Order/Product/Customer Views |

Shop Manager Pro's views system allows you to create custom views for orders, products and customers. A view can be saved and allows you to see a list of items based on search results. For example, you could create a view called New Orders which would only show orders with a status of Pending Order.
Views can filter on multiple options, such as customers from the UK who are also in London who have placed at least 5 but no more than 10 orders in your store. They save time when performing repetitive tasks on a daily basis and make it easier for your staff to do their job.

Bulk Product Editing |
The bulk editing system makes it painless to update the details of multiple products on the one screen. You can choose as many products to bulk edit as you need, and can then update their product name, price, categories, brand, visibility, feature status and free shipping status.
You can also update one field for multiple products automatically. For example, clicking the Change All link under the Price field and typing a price into the box will update the price for all products on that page. When you click save the prices are updated automatically.

Floating Quick Search Box |
The floating quick search box makes it easy to search across all products, customers and orders in your store. Simply type some text into the quick search box and hit enter. You'll then see how many products, customers and orders matched your search terms, and can view each individual list.

Sell Physical or Downloadable Products |
The flexible products system has built-in support for physical products (with variations) as well as downloadable products, making it easy to sell online regardless of what it is you're actually selling.
With physical products you can enter weight and dimensions to calculate real-time shipping quotes, upload pictures and more. Downloadable products can contain multiple files and you can restrict how many times a customer can download the product or even set an expiry date.

New Order Notifications |
Shop Manager Pro's one-of-a-kind order notification system can send you an email, text message or Windows Live (MSN) messenger notice as soon as a customer places an order.
You'll see the customer's details, order amount and payment method. You can use multiple order notification methods too, so you can be notified of every new order via email and text message for example.

Customer Address Verification * |
When a customer places an order in your store their country of origin is located based on their IP address and stored along with their billing address.
If the IP-based country details don't match those of the billing address then the order is marked as suspicious in your store's control panel for further investigation. You can limit which countries you will accept orders from also. |

Customer Groups |
 |
Shop Manager Pro has complete support for mutiple customer groups. Each group can have its own per-category, per-product and fallback discounts, and customers in groups can be restricted to only see certain product categories in your store.
You can even mark a group as Default, so that those who haven't created an account in your store will belong to that group. Group-level discounts are applied automatically when the customer is browsing products in your store, and they cannot see products which their group doesn't have access to. |
